I’m Darin and I’m the Founder of Socialcruiting.com

I was licensed in 1997, starting in Leadership, training and coaching in 2001 as a Broker-Manager. I’ve personally recruited 250+ agents in my career. During this time, I’ve done 2,000 training sessions and over 10,000 hours of 1 to 1 coaching.

I’ve analyzed, studied and documented which strategies, tactics and tools bring the biggest recruiting results and increase per agent production and retention for brokerages.
