I’m Darin Persinger and I’m here to help you recruit using social media.

First and most importantly, I am an uncle. So you probably will see me around 1:00 every day sending a text message to my nieces asking how school went. (It will be 3:00 back in Wisconsin).

I am the Founder of Real Estate Growth Solutions (REGS), a consulting company for Real Estate Brokers. REGS helps Brokers grow their company and profit through recruiting growth, production increase and expense control and operates in conjunction with Socialcruiting.

In my time as a Realtor I served as the SouthWest Wisconsin Board of Realtors President Elect and in 2006 my local board used me as PR with this story, RASCW Member Darin Persinger in Heroic Rescue. This story was also in a KW Outfront.

Before any of that, I tried to make a living as a sponsored wakeboarder. I also enjoy snowboarding and playing guitar. I play guitar fairly well and sing really bad. That doesn’t stop me from singing though. Loudly. For some reason I think if I sing louder, I sound better.

I have a French Bulldog, named Pearl and she is the coolest thing in world. We love going for walks in the Puget Sound area.
