Do you just let it drip?
No. You grab a wrench and tighten the pipes and stop the drip.
So, do you really think your email drip campaign to recruit real estate agents is working?
Socialcruiting Principle #1 Stop Spamming
There are six principles of Socialcruiting, aka using social media to recruit real estate agents. If you want to be effective with your recruiting strategy, you have to stop spamming.
- Real estate agents don’t like it.
- It ruins your brand.
- It can get your blacklisted from your ESP.
So, Is Sending Spam Email Drip Campaigns A Part Of Your Real Estate Agent Recruiting Strategy?
Stop it. Turn off the drip before your recruits turn it off.
There are so many other ways to engage and connect to recruit real estate agents. You could use twitter, facebook or your blog.
This doesn’t mean you can’t use email. Email should be a part of Socialcruiting. You are just going to use it in a different way. You are going to use only opt-in email so that you have permission from the agents that you are trying to recruit.
And getting permission isn’t that hard, if you are providing great value in exchange or facilitating an event that they want to attend.
There are better methods than dripping emails to real estate agents that don’t want them.
